The KMAK Service Model defines how we work with you to create a partnership. We believe a basic four step model is the best approach to help you meet your business needs.
Step 1 - Assess/Analyze to identify your true need. This includes interviewing you and your customers about your application learning needs.
Step 2 – Plan/Design the solution that will satisfy your business need. We work closely with you during this time assuring you see the design as it progresses instead of just when it’s done.
Step 3 – Develop/Test the solution while in continual communication with you.
Step 4 – Implement the solution identifying best practices and conducting a lessons learned for your next implementation.
